Prevention of tooth deccay and caring of developed decay is our motto.
1) PIT AND FISSURE SEALANTS : These procedures are done after cleaning, and applying a liquid material which flows into minute depressions and grooves on teeth protecting the tooth for a minimum of 5 years.
2. GK0 FILLING 9TOOTH-COLOURED-RESIN BONDED : This material is aesthetically fit and less amount of tooth enamel is removed and release fluoride. This has an anti-deccay property. Use of traditional silver filling is avoided as this can cause secondary deccay.
3. BABY ROOT CANAL : The nerve of crown of tooth (pulpotomy) or roots tooth (pulpectomy) is removed to save a tooth that is infected and with pain. Done in cases with severe pain during intake of hot and cold food, biting force, sensitivity on tapping and pressure, tooth ache at midnight, swelling on gum releasing pus and blood.
4. SPACE MAINTAINERS : A molar tooth if extracted due to unavoidable reasons the space should be maintained using special appliance that is fixed in place so that erupting tooth erupts in correct position. Children should be brought to the dentist for first visit his 1st birthday.
