INDICATED CASES
1. IMPACTED TOOTH :-
Impacted that are covered in bone must be removed with caution. Wisdom tooth in lower jaw, most likely causes problems if they have not been fully errupted. These tooth requires surgical skill for removal without tooth for surrounding bone.
2. APICECTOMY :-
This is a surgical root canal operation.
3. GROSSLY DECAYED TOOTH :-
A general destructed tooth may be removed if it is unrecoverably damaged. Such tooth may not be removed by simple extracting procedure but a oral surgeons will need to be consulted if bone loss should be less and if you want to replace there with a new tooth.
4. BONE OR GUM LOSS :-
A tooth loss, calculus or any medical conditions can lead to loss of bone in jaw. This condition worsens with time and can lead to further tooth loss. Bone and gum tissue that has receded may be grafted from other sources to replace the lost tissue.
TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DISORDERS
Inflammation or malaligning of tmj can lead to jaw pain referred to as headache or pain on face. A clicking noise can be felt on opening or closing of mouth caused by injury due to repetitive movements. This can be corrected by surgical or non-surgical procedures on assessment by an oral surgeon.
LASERS We use lasers instead of conventional methods using scalpel and blade for gum surgery. This is a painless bloodless procedure which eliminates the need for local anaesthesia in most cases.
Laser produces narrow intense beam of light that comes in contact with tissue and can remove or shape tissue.
