Dental Implants are nowadays mainly used in cosmetic dentistry to give you a feeling that the tooth errupt directly from the gum. That too when it is the case of your anterior teeth dental implants are the easily acceptable one because the false tooth seems as if it is emerging from the gum tissues itself.

The implant system consists of two parts mainly, one will be the immersed part, where it stays inside the bone without disturbances. The outside part will be the projected from the gum and will be tightened to the free space inside the immersed part.

The screw part that will be immersible inside the bone is screwed after making a simple hole with a special drill with less discomfort under local anesthesia. This process is simple and neednt be feared when you hear or drilling bone. The technology is highly advanced that there will be less pain afterwards. The screw part will be left to set for minimum three months so that born integrates with that. After that period the skin covering the screw is removed under local anesthesia and the outside parts are fit to it.
There are mini implants and normal implants. Mini implants are for the anterior part where bone is thin. And there are immediate loading implants where you put the implant after tooth extraction into the socket and the outside crown is fixed within a short time.
Implants are used for anterior cosmetic works along with dental tissue Laser which we have at our clinic. This laser could be used for skilled cosmetic dentistry where implant tooth be beautifully placed in the gums with fine contouring of gums.
There are cost effective and ecconomical and offcourse highly priced implants are also available. Depending on your need one can chose the quality.

A highly adjustable jaw simulator, called fully adjustable articulator and jaw relation transferring apparatus called face bow appliance is used for such critical works where you a get a natural chew and movement of the jaws .
For acrylic based dentures implants are used by us for support. When there is less ridge or low ridge gums this system is more advantageous. The implants placed in the critical areas will have a ball like outside part. The inside part of the denture with negative part will receive the ball part so that the denture will be stable. The implants form a major advantage in placing lost teeth.
